A Journey Of A Thousand Miles Begins With A Single Step...
It all started back around 2012, just entering my freshmen year of college...
To be honest fitness wasn't my first passion. Quite frankly I entered college wanting to be a Veterinarian, but ultimately changed my career path.

Mostly like any other college kid, to be considered a full-time student I had to have 12 credit hours... I only had 11... So for 1 credit hour I found they gym. It was a 8 week long course that I had to just workout 4 days a week for 1 hour. I didn't even know where to start, so I got online and found a program that was exactly 4 days a week. At the end of those 8 weeks, that's when I realized what I was really passionate about.
Left around 133lbs ~ Right currently around 157 lbs
Fast Forward a few years...

Being real with everyone.
This was me... Left ~133ish right ~155ish ( right after a pump, and more of a upper body day.) I don't look like this all the time.

About 5 1/2 years ago I decided that I wanted to change. I started with doing situps, push-ups, and just trying to beat out what i did previously.

So no... I didn't pop out of the whomb doing pullups.
I had below average genetics.

But what i did have was determination.

There isnt a secret/hack. If there was I guarantee everyone would look like hulk by now....

I know that is the generic thing to say, but that is the only thing that will yield long term growth.

Consistency, and Continually Learning...

I'm not just talking about lifting.  I spend most of my "free time" reading research, going to fitness conferences, and being able to speak with some of the best coaching in the fitness industry, so I can learn better ways to do things.
Mens Physique
After around 2 years of lifting, in 2014 is when I decided to compete in one of my very first shows, at this time is where I also became a Personal Trainer

Not knowing that I would go onto getting 1st in Novice, 1st in the Open, Best Abs, and Best Poser Awards.

That is truly where I fell in love...

Not just with competing, but with science...

You see... although i enjoy competing I wanted to know the "why" behind everything...

I wanted to know more optimal approaches and the science of Fat loss and Muscle Gain...

Fast forward to today and I have competed many times, and won numerous awards.
